One of the Directors of the company is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and our services include the preparation of health and safety audits and premises risk assessments which include a review of the existing safety procedures, building services maintenance regimes, training, risk assessments and method statements. Fire Risk Assessment
Completing a fire risk assessment is the first step to making your premises safer from fire and is a requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. A fire risk assessment is an organised and methodical look at your premises, the activities carried out and the likelihood that a fire could start and cause harm to those in and around the premises. If your business employs five or more employees or has a licence you should keep a formal record of any significant findings and remedial measures which have, or may need to be, taken.
Our fire risk assessors can undertake fire risk assessments of properties including the common area of multi-tenanted properties.
Following the introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 in April 2015, we will utilise our experience of previously acting as a CDM Co-ordinator, to assist the client and designers in their new duties. Ongoing membership of the Association of Project Safety ensures we are up to date and ready for changes in legislation.
Our early involvement with a project often saves the client money as we can work with designers to avoid costly changes on site and plan for hazardous activities, consulting with the Health and Safety Executive as required, to ensure the safety of those constructing, maintaining and using the building.

We have experience of completing access audits of a variety of buildings and environments, to appraise their accessibility, assessing the current situation against predetermined standards and making recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Online health & safety awareness training
The online health & safety awareness training is ideal for clients with employees at multiple sites or shift patterns, whether new starters or experienced workers, who require initial and refresher training at a time that suits them.
Training packages on various health & safety related topics are provided and include test questions to ensure all aspects of the training package are undertaken by the employee. Each employee will be given a log in and password and we will provide a record of all training undertaken.
Online compliance management
Our online compliance management system enables clients to simultaneously manage risk across their portfolios. We can help create a management system, as detailed in HSG 65 to assist and as its online, the tasks, records and management information available is live and up to date. This allows our clients to proactively manage risk and demonstrate compliance. Each employee will be given a log in and password and appropriate training in the use of the system.
