Project Management
We are experienced in delivering projects and in particular managing costs and addressing technical matters. We can act as a “true” Project Manager in setting out the deliverables, managing the process and design team; or we can offer the services of an administrator and the design services required of the project.
We can prepare drawings and details, tender documents including specifications, coordinate other consultants, and administer the works, variations and costs on site. We are fully conversant with both the planning and building regulations process.


Space Planning, Utilisation, Workplace Consultancy
It is now universally accepted that regular reviews of accommodation should be carried out to ensure the best use of available space. The information is also important to form part of the strategic asset decision making process. We can review the workplace, report and space plan whilst comparing nationally recognised guidance documents. Experience has been gained in both the private and public sector for new build and existing properties.
Development and Project Monitoring
We are experienced in acting for funds and private investors with a good appreciation of the requirements, priorities and pit falls to look out for. The level of monitoring can be tailored to suit the perceived risk and complexity of the scheme.
Pre Acquisition
We have extensive experience of providing this all-encompassing role and working with the clients other advisers such as solicitors and environmental specialists. We can advise at a very early stage the key priorities and information required to enable a client to have a full appreciation of what is being considered and coordinate the tasks accordingly.
Employers Agent
Similar to the Project Management role, we can act as the Employers Agent to oversee, define roles, advise on contracts and protect the Employers interest.
Measured Surveys and Design
We undertake full measured surveys and produce plans tailored for whatever the client needs are.
For example the surveys can be used for base plans to use for future alterations or space planning, for leasing purposes, for scheduling Gross and/or Net areas in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
Our expertise extends to include a design service for the refurbishment, reconfiguration, alteration or extension of premises. We are conversant with the Planning and Building Regulations process and can advise on the necessary requirements, timescales and costs.
